FAQ
Common questions, answered plainly.
How long until I notice results from practicing?
Most people following the full program report noticing early changes — better sleep, steadier energy — within the first one to two weeks of consistent practice, once daily sessions become routine.
The complete program is structured in two stages over about 85 days, and results build gradually rather than all at once. Traditional theory holds that meridian sensitivity varies from person to person, so the timeline is a general guide, not a guarantee — some people notice things sooner, others later. Consistency matters far more than intensity.
Is this kind of self-massage and energy practice safe?
For most healthy adults, yes — the techniques are gentle, self-administered, and meant to be done at a comfortable, non-forceful level. All pressure should stay mild and comfortable; if anything hurts, ease off or stop.
That said, this material is educational, not medical advice. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any kidney or reproductive-system condition, or you're simply unsure, check with a doctor before starting. Results vary from person to person, and the practice isn't a substitute for professional care.
What if I don't feel any qi sensation — is the practice not working?
No — this is common, and traditional theory actually accounts for it directly. Meridian sensitivity is described as falling into a few broad types, and roughly one in ten people fall into a "slow to respond" category who feel little or no distinct sensation, even with faithful practice.
Sensation is a sign of progress when it appears, but it isn't the only measure of it. Many people in this group still report the same practical benefits — better sleep, steadier energy — over the full course of the program. The instructions are the same either way: stay consistent, and judge progress by how you feel overall, not by a single sensation.
Do I need any equipment or supplements to start?
No. Every technique in the program uses only your own hands, done lying down or seated, for about 20 minutes a morning and evening. There's nothing to buy, install, or take.
That's a deliberate part of how these methods were designed — the practice is meant to work through the body's own energy and movement, not through external tools.
